May the Lord fill your life with the fruits of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

If God is not first in your life, then something else is (Deut 6:4-5, Matt 6:24, 33; 10:32-38, Mark 8:34, Luke 11:23, 1 John 5:21).

Yes, O Lord. Death was choking me (Psalm 116:3). I was helpless, but you saved me (Psalm 116:6). Because of Your grace, Your patience, love, and mercy, death released its grip and I fell into Your open arms… there You were, waiting all those years. Now I feel You every morning I when awake, embracing me in Your constant thoughts (Psalm 139:17-18) and loving grace (Psalm 130:7). I praise You and thank You for all things (Psalm 103:2).”

I attended USC with intentions of becoming a physician specializing in neurology but instead graduated with a degree in psychology and then ended up in finance! I had been in the financial services profession since December 1991, and in August 2005 I decided to go out on my own. It was a struggle and quickly failed miserably in a matter of a few years. While getting myself back up, I took some Dale Carnegie courses and even got involved with self-help programs like the Landmark Education series and the ManKind Project. It was during one of the Landmark seminars that He started opening my heart and directed me to start reading and studying the Bible instead of chasing new-age, pop culture solutions. That is, following His Word, His will, and His purpose. I realized that all my efforts were self-serving and not the will of the Lord. I was putting myself, my career and my desired success first. I was trying to save myself! Through challenges of my own, my faith became greater... and still continues to grow! There is nothing that can separate His love for me (Romans 8:31-39).

I am married, but do not have any children. My wife and I do have a few fur-kids that we rescued, one being a beautiful Finnish Lapphund that I found on the streets. Most of our rescues were badly neglected, taunted and abused. It is my personal opinion that we are given dogs in this lifetime to witness true unconditional love, obedience and trust. Traits that we are required to have in the Lord. They are God's creation and deserve love and respect too. While the Bible does not record many stories about animals, some were clearly worthy enough to make it on the Ark - and not just the clean one's for eating (Genesis 7:2-3)! Also, when King David is called out in his sins with Bathsheba and Uriah, Nathan does reference a pet lamb in the parable (2 Samuel 12:1-4). Please checkout Harriet Cook's "Scripture of Alphabet Animals." Published in 1842, over 30 animals are identified in scripture that shows how God can use an animal to teach His children.

I hope you find enjoyment in this site. This site is NOT about me, but about the Lord Jesus Christ and my testimony for Him. Moses had one, Solomon had one, Peter had one, and Paul had one. In fact, the Bible is full of them! What is yours (1 Peter 3:15)? Jesus says if you are thirsty, He will provide you with Living Water so that you will never thirst again (John 4:13-14, 6:35, 7:37; Read John 4 now!). Confess your sins today, right now, and accept Him as your Savior and never thirst again! Yes, it is that simple. Read how simple it was for Naaman, even though he doubted it and expected "to do something" (2 Kings 5).
